Dr. Nasiri Khansari to the West: Don’t Delegate Dirty Work to the Zionist Regime; Would You Accept Your Own Scientists Being Assassinated?
Dr. Mohammad Mahdi Nasiri Khansari, Head of the Industrial Engineering Group at the Kish Technical Campus of the University of Tehran, has called on all academics and thinkers to attend the International Conference for “Rising of the Wise against Sophicide”.
In his statement, Dr. Nasiri Khansari strongly criticized Western support for the assassination of scientists, challenging Western nations directly: “Western countries must understand that they will not be the superior power forever. Are they willing to have their own scientists assassinated by governments that are in conflict with theirs?”
Referring to the justification of scientist assassinations by some countries, he asserted: “Why do they—in the words of a German statesman—delegate the dirty work to the [Zionist] regime to do for them? It would be better not to do the dirty work at all.”
The University of Tehran professor stated that the conference aims to amplify the voice of the scientific community against “sophicide” (the killing of knowledge or wisdom) and the assassination of scholars. He concluded by inviting all academics and thinkers to attend and participate in this significant international event.
The International Conference for “Rising of the Wise against Sophicide,” focusing on combating the legitimization of scientist assassinations and removing intimidation from the scientific environment, will be held on October 9th (17th of Mehr) at the Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences (IPM) in Tehran.
